Visiting

Today Josh and I were able to visit Arnie. He looked great considering what he has been through in the past week. He had good spirits for just going through a strenuous surgery. He was excited to see the kids as today was the first day Hailey was able to see him. He got up out of bed and we walked down the hall to a window where you can see the helicopters land. We just talked and visited and it was nice to see he has not changed at all. He is still the same Arnie that we all love so much. He has his sense of humor as well. He was laughing with us. The doctor said if he is able to eat and drink on Monday he can go home. So pray for that. The doctor also said he is healing extremely well which is wonderful news of course. He still has a long road ahead but he is such a strong man I just know he will face it head on and show this sickness who's boss.

Thank you for reading and God Bless you all. I will write again soon. Michele

Thank you so much for keeping us up to date! I am so thankful that God is blessing him with a good recovery!

I will continue to pray for his recovery and for you both, that God will allow you to minister to him & Cheri in this time of need!

Thanks for the update. I hope he is going home today, or tomorrow at the latest! That seems really fast for such a major surgery.

Here's hoping he's received the get well wishes that have been sent his way. I know quite a few people have inquired about where to send gifts and cards. I hope they've arrived at their destination. I also hope that all the people who've talked to me about stopping in to see Arnie have been able to do so. I know what a mixed blessing visitors can be when you aren't feeling completely yourself, but I think it would do more good than harm to know you're loved by so many. I am sure that when you come home, you will have even more visitors. We love you Arnie. We can't wait for you to recover.
